Home Inspection Photo Finds
We will catch all the issues with your home.

Who was the Plumber? Ouch!
Was a New Install Last Year SadlyI think the plumbing could have been a little bit more organized here. Fixing a leak or adding a line is going to be a nightmare.

Electrical Panel Issues
Old Auxiliary Panel BoxGot a couple Double Taps Here and a Broken Fuse Block Seat in Lower Left Corner. A new Panel Will Be Needed.

Antennae Mast
Back In The Day StyleLines cut to main antennae. Dish is wired but not longer subscribed too. Not sure if I could have found a better way to stabilize the pole to the trailer.

Thermal Imaging
Yep We can do ThatThermal Imaging can help you see where your loosing heat or cold. Celsius and Fahrenheit Readings Available.

Joist Pains
Very Old HouseOne of the floor joists has been cut here to make room for plumbing under the bathroom. They should have moved the plumbing around. Not very good support for a full bathtub just above it.

WOW! Gas Line route Via Heating Duct.
Explosions Can Be Cool! But not in your house!!!This CSST Gas Line does not appear to be grounded nor do i think it should be piggy backing a heating duct.

Nice Electrical. Back In The Day.
This used to power Homes. This knob and tube wiring was a major hazard, when it was live. I think there is even some older rag wrap in this 107 year old home. NM is the new standard for powering ones home.

Heater Exhaust Venting
Hmmm.Could be better with a proper vent and hood.
