The Basic Home Inspection is $400.
Inspection of additional dwelling Units on the property are $50 each.
The inspection of a new property after contract failure for a previous client is $250.
The Re-Inspection of a previous property after updates and/or corrections is $75.
Radon $175, and/or Sewer Scopes $200, are handled by qualified 3rd party contractors. You can opt to pay through our system for such services and we will arrange/negotiate the service. Aternativly, we can send you a list of preferred contractors upon request.
